    Hay folks, I recently came across an interesting eBook called Job interview answers, I have looked at it and I think its a good preparation book with real situation examples and lots of questions / answers that surly useful to know beforehand. Even from my personal experience, I had some of those thrown at me with careful observation of what answers I will give, at that time I didn’t expect some of them to be real surprise, even though I relied totally on my logic and work experience, it turned up that I failed an interview. In fact, I failed 4 times. Therefore, I think one should prepare well, especially considering nowadays competition.
